‎Now let me excite your taste buds. Have you ever tried blending your Egusi with uziza seeds??

Did you know? Grinding uziza seeds together with your Egusi is medicinal! You’re not just eating soup, you’re eating health.

Uziza isn’t just for flavor. It is a wellness booster:

πŸƒ Relieves cold, cough, and clears airways (bye-bye catarrh πŸ‘‹πŸΎ)

πŸƒ Improves fertility and reproductive health (God’s plan is that none shall be barren ✨)

πŸƒ Helps regulate blood sugar levels (goodbye diabetes πŸšΆπŸΎ‍♀️)

πŸƒ Reduces body pains, cramps, and inflammation (ladies, you know this one hits πŸ’―)

πŸƒ Strengthens immunity with antioxidants (stronger than “multivitamin plus” πŸ’ͺ🏾)

πŸƒ Supports weight management (weight watchers in the building, make some noise! πŸŽ‰)
